The tuber digging process continues….almost done! Once dug and closely inspected tubers are left for 12-24hrs to dry and then packed away in boxes with dry potting soil and wood shavings. They will stay packed away, being checked every 2 weeks for any signs of mould, rot or dehydration, until they start showing their ‘eyes’ in spring.
