• Dahlias 2023: The Season That Was

Well, it’s heading towards the end of May. The frosts are well and truly here, which means the dahlias have been dying down, and have now been cut back ready for their tubers to be dug up in a few weeks ready for overwintering. Be sure to stay tuned for some information and photos as we dig!

For now, a quick peek back at the season that was. Some photos of a few of the blooms from the patch. So sad to see the end of flowering, but very excited for the next growing season, with more than 200 new varieties to come…..thats a LOT of new photos!

Throughout the coming months I will be introducing some of the different varieties we have, including some handy tips and tricks for growing and caring for these beauties. Out future posts will include the names and traits of each of the varieties.

    Welcome to the journey!
